Visited the Coolspring delayed harvest section around 8:00 AM, 'opening day of trout'. Betwwen 8 & 11, observed only three trout fishermen. While discusssing stream conditions with a fellow TU member, we observed trout 'rising for something' frequently. A BEAUTIFULL DAY FOR TROUT FISHING.
